Balcony 1977
Dallas on his perch with me and my sister (Baby) down below |
Big Bay Window
Though he's not in this picture, Dallas in the big bay window was as much a fixture as any part of the physical house ". |
Spike Fenced- Summer 1980
Beaner and I are torchering ants in this particular print but you get a good view of the iron spiked fence Dallas would jump and eventually signal his acceptance of old age. |
Butternuts
These round, hard, non edible nuts are found throughout Gaines Park as an endless supply of ammunition in the butternut wars described in Chapter 9 |
Heroe's Cape Photo 1973
Taken at my birthday party for which I received Dallas, this is the blue cape which a year or so later was worn by Dallas around the village during a very rainy day. As if the cape wasn't enough he also had a superman logo shirt on as well. The cape was lost that day. |
